-- Online purchases are shipped via UPS Standard Ground. US domestic only. We can not accept orders to be shipped internationally, to a PO Box, or military addresses at this time.
-- Orders placed are processed within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, please allow 5-7 business days for arrival with standard ground shipping method.
-- Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Orders with express shipping must be placed by 2pm CST during business days, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after the cut of time will be shipped the next following business day.
RETURNS + PROCESS

-- A return/exchange must be returned in its original purchase state and meet the following:
-- We have the right to refuse a return based on its returned condition.
-- Online orders are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or merchandise credit.
-- In-Store purchases and gift returns are eligible for merchandise credit or exchange only within 14 days from the day of purchase with a valid sales receipt.
-- FINAL SALE merchandise includes: sale items, jewelry, vintage merchandise, apothecary, home, and discounted items (such as sale).
-- Return shipping is free! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process within 3 days of receiving your order. Contact us with your full name + order number + reason for return and we will provide you with a return shipping label.

IN-STORE APPROVAL PROCESS
-- Customers have the option to take items on approval for up to 48 hours with no fee or charge.
-- A credit card is needed on file while items are on approval.
-- We will provide a courtesy call reminder if items have not been purchased or brought back within the approval time frame. If there is no reply or response regarding your items. We will process your purchase using the card on file.
