-- Orders placed are processed within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, please allow 5-7 business days for arrival with standard ground shipping method.

-- Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Orders with express shipping must be placed by 2pm CST during business days, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after the cut off time will be shipped the next following business day.

-- Please allow additional shipping time for international orders. 

RETURNS + PROCESS

Loving your Good Company items is important to us!

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items within the U.S may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Eligibility

  • Online apparel and shoe purchases are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
    • Sale items

    • Jewelry & accessories

    • Vintage merchandise

    • Apothecary & home goods

    • Discounted items

    • International purchases

How to Start a Return

Return shipping is free! Please email us at hi@goodcompany.shop within 3 days of receiving your order to begin the process. Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
