Shipping + Returns
Online purchases are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. We provide free shipping for all domestic standard ground shipments within the US. We sincerely apologize as we can not accept orders to be shipped internationally, to a PO Box, or military addresses at this time.
Orders placed are processed within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, please allow 5-7 business days for arrival with standard ground shipping method.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Orders with express shipping must be placed by 2pm CST during business days, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2pm CST on business days, weekends, or holidays will be shipped the next following business day.
In-Store Pick Up is FREE! Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick up.
Eligibility for a return/exchange must be returned in its original purchase state (unworn + unwashed, in same condition as you received it, and with original tags/packaging) Online orders must be accompanied with an original receipt or online invoice that was provided with your package as proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges past the 14 day return policy. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange.
Certain merchandise purchases are FINAL SALE which includes sale items, jewelry, vintage merchandise, apothecary, home, shoes, and discounted items.
Gift returns are eligible for merchandise credit or exchange ONLY with a valid gift receipt.
ONLINE RETURNS + PROCESS
Online orders ONLY are eligible for a full refund if items are returned back to us within 14 days from the day the order was received. Please read our RETURN PROCESS policy to ensure your order is taken care of within the required return policy window.
Loving your Good Company items is important to us. Return shipping is free! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process within 3 days of receiving your order. Contact us with your full name + order number + reason for return and we will provide you with a return shipping label.
