Shipping + Returns




-- Online purchases are shipped via UPS Standard Ground. US domestic only. We can not accept orders to be shipped internationally, to a PO Box, or military addresses at this time. 

-- Orders placed are processed within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, please allow 5-7 business days for arrival with standard ground shipping method.

-- Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Orders with express shipping must be placed by 2pm CST during business days, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after the cut of time will be shipped the next following business day.

-- A return/exchange must be returned in its original purchase state and meet the following: 

  • Unworn, unwashed, in the same condition as the item was received, and with original tags/packaging.
  • Returned back to us within 14 days from the day the order was received.

-- We have the right to refuse a return based on its returned condition.

-- Online orders are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or merchandise credit.

-- In-Store purchases and gift returns are eligible for merchandise credit or exchange only within 14 days from the day of purchase with a valid sales receipt. 

-- FINAL SALE merchandise includes: sale items, jewelry, vintage merchandise, apothecary, home, and discounted items (such as sale).

-- Return shipping is free! Please email us at to begin the return process within 3 days of receiving your order. Contact us with your full name + order number + reason for return and we will provide you with a return shipping label.
